For all returns back to Laserquick, please call us (888) 208-7552 to obtain an RMA number (return material authorization). Your RMA is valid for 10 days after issue. Laserquick will issue a 100% refund for all purchased toner cartridges within 30 days of purchase. Returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a 100% full refund, the box must not have been opened or marked on and in resalable condition. All non-defective returns, the customer is responsible to return the items back to us at their own expense with a RMA number.Use a suitable shipping box and packaging material to protect the product from damage. We are not responsible for lost shipment returned to us and recommend asking for a tracking number from your shipper.
